• Where is the store based?

  Osaka Prefecture, Japan

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer in the US and ship anywhere in the world! However, due to COVID-19 there are still some regions that cannot be shipped to, or are still facing long delays.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders outside of the US will normally arrive within 2 weeks, though on rare occasions it has been known for orders to take up to 5 weeks. Please allow appropriate time for your order to arrive.

• Why don't you ship from Japan anymore?

  The effects of COVID-19 have had a tremendous effect on selling items overseas. Delivery time has been prolonged to months, packages often don't arrive at their destination and Japan Mail's prices have tripled. It has become impossible to maintain a problem-free and cost efficient service.

  With the majority of customers being in America, moving all production to a US based manufacturer as opposed to making them all myself cuts down production costs, shipping costs as well as gets the product to the consumer in a fraction of the time.

  Shipping from America also reduces the shipping costs to Canada, UK and EU too!

• What region are your DVDs?

  All DVDs sold here are region free, so should be playable in any corner of the globe.

• Can you sign my item?

  Currently all orders are being sent directly from the manufacturer and therefor do not pass through my hands. New films or special releases will be made up by me personally and signed options will be available from time to time.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
